They're coming Iceman, they're coming... I need the weekend to fill up on beer and pizza so at the end of my log I look even better.
Seriously though, I prefer to post the before and after pics together at the same time so there are no preconceived biases. It makes for a better effect. However, If you really want them posted now, I will.

I'm not sure what biases could be formed by posting your starting pics, but it is your call. IMO starting pics help to fuel your motivation.

Day 1 - August 11, 2009
Day 1 of Cytolean Log
Took only 2 tablets at 7:00am to assess tolerance.
Stack:
Cytolean
Protein
Fish Oil
Anitoxidants
Multi
BCAA
Bosweilla
Diesel Test Pro Cycle
NeoVar
NOS Precursors
Diet:
Protein Shake
Fresh Cut Fruit
Protein Shake
8oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1cup Brown Rice
8oz 90% Lean Ground Beef
1oz 2% Sharp Cheddar
1 Cup Mixed Greens w/ Vinegrette
Pre-Workout Protein Shake
Post Workout Protein Shake
Waxie Maize
Workout - Chest & Tris
Incline Bench
ISO Hammer Press
Incline Flye
Cable Crossover
Rope Pulldown
Skull Crushers
DB Kickbacks
Overall Assessment:
I have a 45 minute drive to and from work. Taking 2 Cytolean right before I left gave me plenty of energy while driving in. I got to work and hit the ground running. I could feel the product affecting my metabolism. You can feel your heart beating maybe a little faster and the nootropic affects of the product.
Energy was sustained throughout the day, even after lunch. Got a second wind around 3:30pm, the tablets must be time released because right when I would normally start to be dozing off, I was hyper. Ready to go. This was sustained throughout my workout. Normally I just about fall asleep after dinner and since I workout at 8:30pm, it is very difficult to get motivated to go. Having taken Cytolean, I had no problem staying awake and being ready to go workout. This is a big plus for those of us that workout late in the evening.
I did not feel any shakes with the first dose as you often do with the more powerful stims. While I did feel nervous energy, it was controllable. We will see how it goes tomorrow with the full dosage.
I felt no other side effects with the first dose other than mild nervous energy. No stomach upset, not interactions with my other supps. Here it is 11pm and I have not had a major crash either. The release of the product seems to be very smooth and controlled. I was skeptical about taking the tablets first thing in the morning, I was sure I was going to crash right before my workout. This was not the case. I look forward to the full dose tomorrow.
Below are my "before" shots. Sorry for the quality, had to use the cell phone as the regular camera was unusable.
I am looking forward to the Cytolean jump-staring my recomp and the after pictures in 4 weeks.

Day 2, August 12, 2009
Took the full dose this morning right around 7:30. On my way to work I started to feel the effects (mostly the thermogenic kicking in), but not a lot of energy. I have to admit I didn't get much sleep last night. Not sure why, but only ended up with 4.5 hours so I have been dragging all day. I was sure 3 Cytolean would pick me up though.
I have to say, I thought I would feel more taking the full dose, but I really never got that energy rush. I did feel a little first thing in the morning, but I still got the after lunch dozing at my desk. Never got that hyper energy I felt yesterday.
Either way it could have just been mental or could have been that I was just really too tired.
Today was a scheduled off day. Be back tomorrow with a normal workout.

Day 3, August 13, 2009
Shoulders and Traps Day
Workout
Military Press
Seated DB Press
Upright Row
Side Laterals
Hanley Shrugs
DB Shrugs
20 minutes Cardio
Diet
Protein
1 cup oatmeal
8oz canned tuna in spring water
2tbs low fat reduced calorie mayo
2 slices whole wheat bread
1oz low fat pretzel sticks
Grilled boneless pork chops with low cal Italian dressing
Sweet potato
Mixed Greens
Pre / Post workout protein / Waxie Mazie
So far I'm not feelin it. The first day with only 2 tablets I had a lot of nervous energy. The second day I've taken all 3 tabs in the AM and I'm Just not feeling it. Getting tired at work and I should be bouncing off the walls. Instead, I'm draggin butt. I got more sleep last night. I usually average 6 - 6.5 hours a night. Yeah, Yeah I know you are supposed to get 8 hours, but that's for college kids with no family or job who can sleep in all day.
Not feeling the euphoric feeling either. Quite the contrary if anything I've been more depressed and pretty much a jerk. However, I had the same effect during my Epidrol log when that product was supposed to product a euphoric feeling, I basically turned into a little bit**. It may have to do with the amount of the 7b-OH and the regulation of cortisol. It could just need to even out with continued use.
I'm not feeling the appetite suppressant either. I am still getting hungry, but not eating as much. Food just seems repulsive. I only made it through half of the 8oz of Tuna for lunch. But I still have the carb cravings.
Lets hope I just need some more in my system. Will see how I feel after a full week so I can make a good assessment, but as of right now:
No powerful long lasting energy
No curbed appetite
No euphoric feeling / sense of well being
Depressed state
Angry feeling - Edgy...
Tuesday I took the 2 tab dose with a full stack on an empty stomach.
Wednesday I took the full dose with no other supps except protein since it was an off day on an empty stomach.
Today I took the full dose on an empty stomach with a full stack.
Tomorrow I'll try taking it with food and a full stack.

Is that all you are eating? I am not surprised you aren't noticing much in the way of appetite suppression! How many calories is that?

Yes, it was a lite day, it was still right around 2000 calories, just not a lot of carbs. It is very difficult to get in all my meals with my job. Its much easier to just grab a shake on the way to my next meeting, etc.
Any suggestions?

Unless you're eating a ton of sweet potato and WMS i am struggling to see how that makes 2000kcals. Can you give the breakdowns of each by any chance?

The Energy was much better today. I felt a real surge in the AM. Only difference today was I waited until I got to work to take the dose and I took it without protein. Mood was a little better today although still a little edgy. Still not too sure if I want to just chill or bust up on someone.
Energy was sustained throughout most of the day. Appetite was not terrible but not greatest. I think Robboe might be right that I am just not consuming enough. Any other opinions?
Tomorrow and Sunday are scheduled off days. Monday and Tuesday I am taking the kids camping. I should be able to get a light workout in at the campground and they have wifi so I'll try to update how I feel.

Day 9 - August 19, 2009
The vacation is over and time to get back to work...
Still not feeling the amazing energy, however the appetite suppressant did kick in. Not a single smore or banana boat during our camping trip.
The euphoria is not there at all. I am still feeling depressed and foreboding. The complete opposite of the euphoric feeling. Not sure what is going on there, but its really not a pleasant feeling. I'm feeling like I could snap at any time and jump down someone's throat.
I hope this changes soon and I hope the energy kicks in...
Shoulders day tomorrow, will report in later.

This doesn't include the Sobe Life water which had 100 cals and no fat and no carbs or the coffee either. I use FitDay dot com to track my cals.

Wow, no wonder i was thrown off, i didn't see that you had pre and post protein which i guess makes up the 96g PRO/day from whey.
When is the oatmeal crunch eaten, and is it all in one meal?

Day 10 - August 20
A much better day. Energy was up in the AM, but kinda ran out towards the end of the day.
Appetite suppressant is kicking into full gear. I have to force myself to eat and then I'm lucky if I can get it all down. Really good stuff here.
Mood is better today, not as down as yesterday, but not feeling that euphoric feeling... Anyone have any ideas on this?
Light shoulder workout to get back into it...
Military Press
Seated DB Press
Upright Row
Side Laterals
Hanley Shrugs
DB Shrugs
20 minutes Cardio
Diet:
Nitro Core 24 w / strawberries & Banana
Blueberries and Oats
6oz Deli Turkey
2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
1 tbsp Light Mayo
1oz Low Fat Pretzel Sticks
Sobe Life Water (No Carbs, No Fat, No Sugar)
Whey protein Shake
6oz Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Brown Rice
Pre / Post workout Shake
Waxie Maize
I'm feeling pretty good about progress. I feel like I am burning fat, don't feel as large as I did 10 days ago, but need to check stats again to double check. Going to try and intensify my cardio by adding racquetball to my schedule 2x a week.
Wish I could figure out the energy and hormone issue. I felt pretty good the first day, but after that, not so much. I did stop taking LX2 right before the trial as I wanted to give the Cytolean the benefit of the doubt so I would only be using one fat burner. Maybe its the cortisol playing havoc? Should I go back on the LX2?
Thoughts??

You could add in a cap (or two at most) a day, but only if a gaspari rep says it is ok since you are being sponsored to log for them.

Damn.
He must have a high stim tolerance. That's gotta suck.
CVT, are you constently on stims? If so you might want to cycle off after the log for a month or two. Give your body a break from the stims and when you get back on you should feel it like its the 1st time. I have to do that with PreWO mixes.

I was off for about 3 months when I had surgery, which is why I am doing the recomp, so I really have not been using any supps other than LX2 (which is not a stim) and Adrenalean.
I do however drink a lot of coffee during the day, so if the energy in Cytolean is based on the caffeine that could be affecting it. Maybe I will try laying off the coffee for a while and see if things change.

One Arm DB Rows
Incline Curls
Cable Curls
Cable Hammer Curls
Arnold 21's
Diet

I am going to try and lay off the coffee and see if that has an effect on the Cytolean.
No workout scheduled tomorrow or Sunday.

Day 14, August 24
A much better day today. Energy was good. I cut my coffee consumption in half and never felt the need for any until late in the evening (after dinner) I went from 80-100oz of coffee to just over 40oz.
Energy and mood stayed consistent throughout the day. Appetite suppressant wasn't as good as the last few days, but it was noticeable. It really makes you cut down on your portions. Mood was much better, not so bah humbug, but not euphoric either.
Today's Workout
Chest & Tri
Incline Bench
Flat DB Press
Hammer Strength ISO
Cable Presses
Rope Pull Downs
Seated Extensions
Skull Crushers
Diet
Protein
6oz light yogurt
6oz Turkey
2 slices whole grain bread
2% swiss
Low fat mayo
Low fat pretzel sticks
Grapes & Protein
6oz Chicken breast stir fry with
Carrots, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mini corn, onion & celery
Brown rice
pre / post protein & Carbs
I'm surprised no response from anyone except Robboe. I would like to see what Gaspari reps think about the energy & mood. I tried looking at some of the other logs to see if they were having similar issues, but didn't see much.
I am wondering if this has anything to do with the coffee consumption or perhaps age? Maybe as Whirlybird said, I've become resistant to stims after all these years. I don't really think that is it, as I can feel the product working, just not the rush of energy I was expecting. The mood does have me worried though.
I think its a great achievement if I can maintain the same energy level throughout the day and cut my coffee consumption in half without the withdrawal. Normally I would be draggin by the end of the day without the coffee.

Wow no wonder Cyto doesn't wire you up 80-100oz of coffee
There is about 90mg of caffine per 8oz of coffee
so thats about 900mg of caffine from coffee alone and thats if you are only getting about 80oz. 100oz equals about 1gram
I don't know how you can consume so much caffine bro.
I am not hating it just seems to me that is WAY too much caffine

Yeah, I never realized just how much it was until I started to track it. I feel a lot better and I can feel the product working much better now that I've cut it in half.
