Banana or Apple? Post/Pre Workout? or...?
Trying to up my dailly calories, just seeing when is best to have a banana or apple, post workout or pre workout or other time?..and should i choose a banana or an apple....
sorry i am super detailed....
My meals are-
Breakfast 7:30 - Mainly Carbs and Protein
Snack 11:30 - Fat and Protein
Lunch 14:30 - Carbs and Protein
Pre W/O 17:30 - Carbs and Protein
Post W/O 19:30 - Carbs and Protein
Dinner 20:30 -Carbs and Protein
Before Bed 22:30 - Fat and Protein
Where shall i stick this banana in?

apples have alot of pectin which can upset ur stomach if u have it preworkout.. especially if u are doing heavy cardio

I might be the smallest guy here but post workout is the most reasonable time.

pre-workout if you need a boost before workout.
post-working if you want to recover faster after an intense workout.
