    Wrist popping and pain

My left wrist is constantly popping and hurts at random intervals when I am rotating it.

It pops very loudly though and the pain is very sharp. It doesn't hurt from curling motions, and I can do the basketball player shot flipping motion, and it only pops, but doesn't hurt.

Have already iced it, but feels relatively the same as yesterday. I get all my proper nutrition and I'm taking this week off at the gym. Anybody experience something similar?

I haven't had that experience but what I can tell you is that the "popping" noise you are hearing is most likely because you broke up the fluid in your joint, similar to when people crack their knuckles. Icing it will help but ultimatley it just needs a day or two to heal and replenish to the way it used to be. Hope that helps some. :-)
