whats a good PH to gain lean muscle and lose BF with little to no side effects
and I dont care if I dont gain 20 pounds of muscle on a cycle, basically what Im saying is that I dont want the PH to be to intence because I rather sacrafise how strong and potent the PH is if I have no side effects.
