Ok....I eat well within wat my calorie intake should be, i excercise 5 days a week and cardio on the other two days, i do not eat carbs after 6:00 p.m. so that it does not store in my body as fat, i consume about 200 grams of protein per day and have complex carbs pre and post workout with my protein shakes, and i still cannot seem to lose fat. I max 215 on bench (i know it's a light weight) and 375 on squat, i eat no sweets and only drink water, almost 2 gallons a day. Why do i still look like i don't know what a gym is.
i weigh 175
i'm 20 years old
6 feet tall
and have noticeable fat on my lower abdomen, waist, hip, thighs, and calves
(should i lose even more weigh should i really drop below 170-165 or is der sumethin i could do?)

You are eating too many calories if you want to lose weight, but aren't. Eating carbs after 6 and all that broscience is nonsense. Look at the broscience sticky.

no it's not a 1/4 squat, it's a perfect squat in which im completely parallel to the ground, my quads are my strongest muscle along with the rest of my leg, but if it helps i used to way 245

That's just sad man. Please do yourself a favour and read the stickies - especially the "debunking bb myths" and "broscience" ones. You'll start enjoying bodybuilding a whole lot more!
You also say you have noticeable fat all over your middle and lower body; well that pretty much spells cutting for me (being in a caloric deficit). Still, depends on your goals I guess... Would help if you stated those, posted some pictures or let us know what your body fat percentage actually is.
Might post your diet and routine as well; make sure you're getting all the EFAs, fiber and micronutrients.
