Treadmill + 15 min

I started doing 15min on the treadmill at speed 7 last night.
Is this enough for cardio, or I should I up it?
I usually do this after my work out

You should try doing high intensity cardio for a short period of time after your workout instead of a straight 15. Do like 1/4 mile as fast as you can 5 times. It'll be a little over a mile, you'll burn calories, and you'll get a good cardio boost.

Lots of people say do a low intensity for 30 minutes after working out. And stick with the high intensity on cardio days only

Cardio > no cardio

try doing 1 min splits of as fast as you can go then drop to a reasonable pace, catch your breath for a min then repeat. I have been doing this albeit not running for a few weeks and have really noticed a difference in my cv ability.
