man...this is about 20 mins from my house. I don't belong there but I think they took 9 people to the hospital and 4 dead .

I knew it!!! Cardio rage!!!

Sorry, but I couldn't help it. Heck I thought the title might mean they were shooting a movie scene there...or something.
And good thing nobody you know...or yourself works out there.

they are now saying that the shooter shot himself also.

How awful! And probably the result of some sort of domestic dispute.
I was at the gym (Gold's) one evening when 3-4 uniformed officers came in and spread out. They were looking for someone. Spooked everyone. Not knowing what was going on or who they were looking for you didn't know whether to stay put, leave, go to the locker room, or what. They eventually left. Never heard anything more about it. Made me feel very vulnerable.
