Hey guys.
Just thought I would share something that has helped me a lot with my tight hips. My hips were so tight at one point that they prevented me from performing squats and deadlifts. They were tight to the point where if I was walking up hill I would feel pain in my hips / low back.
I started doing the 'agile 8' warmup before every workout, and sometimes after, depending how I feel. This has helped so much! I really couldn't believe how much my hip flexibility has improved. I feel next to no pain anymore, and can begin to squat / deadlift again.
Sorry if this has already been mentioned, I did a search and it didn't yield any results. Credit obviously to Joe D for this amazing warm up.
