When exactly can it be said that sex has taken place? If the penis enters the vagina and the girl pushes the guy off her (because she previously said no to sex), has she been sexed? Rape?

Well this was before we were together but happened like the first week of college. I dunno what to do. the dude lives like 1000 miles away but i sent him a nasty text a couple weeks ago and I guess i'll see him again when school starts. I don't know what to think about this... Serious input? All right. 1) You two weren't going out at the time of said incident.
2) She hadn't mentioned it to anybody, until now (I'm assuming she told you), therefore when it happened she didn't really consider it a big thing. She could've easily gotten someone to f*ck him up or contact authorities, however, she kept quiet. (Unless she was scared, etc).
3) Since this did happen awhile ago and really has no connection to you directly, beating him up would only f*ck up the situation even more. (He could press charges/girl could dump you).

All I can say is, talk it out with your girl, find out why she didn't tell anyone earlier (or tell anyone at all if you found out through someone else). Have a talk with the dude, tell him to GTFO and never come near you or your girl again, or if you want, rough him up a bit.

Well she told me about it a long time ago by saying "he tried to have sex with me." I didn't know wtf that meant until I asked her later and found out it was RAPE. She cried when I got real pissed about it.
