Yeah you can. I got ****ing burnt like 3 weeks ago shooting at an outdoor range. It was overcast and cloudy all day.

haha ya u can... actually you might even tan better through hazey skies.. you dont feel the direct heat of the sun but still catch the rays - just dont get too comfortable or ya get burnt quick

You sure can brah. Even if it's cloudy, the sun's rays easily penetrate the clouds and give you that sick tan you been looking for.
I've even heard that on cloudy/rainy days you get a better tan because the sun's rays are magnified by the water droplets.
