    I'm still laughing at walking away to get a spot for the lat pulldown. If you want to do negatives so bad with a weight you can't keep good form on then cheat a little and use some momentum to get the bar where you need it.

    I still don't see the point though. The lat pull down is way at the ass end of my routine because it's just not that important. Chins, deads, rows. Those are your real back builders. Why waste time focusing on the lat pulldown when your time could better be spent elsewhere?

    so then she does her set and leaves.
    then she comes back and asks if she can take the bar next to me.

    me: yeh no problem, take it bitch.

    Then i took my machine back and did my other 2 sets and we spoke about how ridiculous that just was.
    I wouldn't worry about it mate, she's just angry shes fat & ugly just leave her be
