Solid Power Clean and Hang Clean For My Size?

I am 5'9" and 160lbs. What would be a solid power clean and hang clean lift for my size/weight? I am looking for a solid weight I can shoot for. Thanks.

How much do you squat and front squat?

Back squat (low as possible b/c of knee problems) = 255 lbs

Box squat (parallel) = 335 lbs

I haven't front squatted in a long time, so I don't have a weight for that.

225 Powerclean @160 and 5'9 would be a BIG lift. Full clean sure. With a 255 back squat, a 185 lbs powerclean would be a nice goal.

I squat about 265 so like same as you and I hang clean 165. Just today I tried 175 countless times. Makes me mad because I pull it to my chin but, I can catch it! My technique probably isn't very good either but it's getting better (not pulling with arms). I'm like 157-160 lbs. 5'6-7. I'm not an oly lifter I just do hang cleans once a week on the same day that I train my back/traps

Why dont you just do power cleans from the floor? If u just do 1 excersise, of cleans, i would do that. Then your good at the whole lift.

Im just starting at olympic lifting my shoulders are hurting, d?ng.. snatches with sit are PAIN!

Now i do more in power snatch than in normal snatch, ha ha :P 82,5kg powersnatch. Same weight.

That's a great powersnatch for just starting out! What's your bodyweight?
