    What's a good Pre-cardio supp/drink?

Mainly for running or biking, but what are your fav's that help with endurance/etc? I assume BCAA's before a run would be a good one as well.

BCAA's are by far the best choice IMO.

I would look into either Scivation's Xtend or Anabolic Innovation's RecoverPro.

Both are flavored extremely well, and you will definitely notice that they aid in recovery and growth.

Carbs + electrolytes (Cytomax) + some bulk BCAAs.

Any of the above a good choices, i'd also look at 8-BetaAnabol, Dex + EAA's and beta alanine... and also in the 25% off sale.

I would strongly suggest Core ABC in this situation. Not only do you get 10 grams of BCAAs with each serving, but you also get 2.5 grams each of beta alanine and citrulline malate, both exceptional for increasing endurance. It makes for an excellent cardio drink.
The New CORE ABC Flavors Are Here. Lemonade and White Cherry. Natural Coloring and a Sweetner Change.

Core ZAP now with 25% more geranium and NO CHANGE IN PRICE!

Agreed, BCAAs are likley going to be your best option. Xtend is a very good choice and there Watermelon flavor taste's amazaing. Another product to think about would be Axcell, as its a 4:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, meaning it provides a high dose of Luecine in comparison to other 2:1:1 formula's, 1 sc of Axcell should provide more luecine then 2 scoops of Xtend.
