Usually after I lift I feel sore the next day - and then it lasts for almost 2 days. is their any way to speed up this process of muscle rebuilding? i already take protein post workout

Seeing as we don't know why a delayed onset muscle soreness occurs, no one can tell you what to do to lessen the effects, but things such as stretching, an anti-inflammatory, and other things people have said can help ease the soreness
