    How should I supplement with Tetradecylthioacetic Acid (TTA) & Acetyl Tyrosine?

    I found some bulk powders which I forget I had

    Tetradecylthioacetic Acid (TTA), &
    Acetyl Tyrosine

    I'm really not sure how or when these should be taken. Can anyone help me with dosages and timing?

    1-1.5g i think is sufficient. As for timing i say 45min -1 hour before exercise.

    forgot about the tyrosine... Anywhere between 3-12g is good...Just test your tolerence...Dose it into 2 equal doses a day and then a higer dose before exercise.
