My asss cramps up

Whenever I do lunges I cramp up where my hams meet my glutes. I have no muscle on my glutes what so ever What else can I do to bulid up some ass muscle. I usually cramp up around 5 lunges.

Drink more water, get a good multivitamin, make sure you're stretching daily, and keep doing those lunges.
