Clawing for 2k raw total
How many times can you rep half your max?
For me its 50 but I don't think its normal. My max (just found out its 405) is lower than I expected, while the former is higher than I thought.

Don't know and don't care... Also you never mentioned which lift which makes a huge difference for a lot of people including myself, but I'm assuming you mean bench?

well I thought most lifts would be porportionately the same for someone as far as when they are lifting. Bench press was what I meant first time. I usually do 10 reps with it but tested 1 rep and half the max. I guess slow twitch is my thing.

I suck with reps for bench but am very good with low reps. I could maybe do about 25 reps at half my max? For squat I could rep 255 all day (this is figurative for the people who take things too literally around here) I've repped 405 for 14 before on squats which is about 80% of my max so I'm sure 255 wouldn't be too much of a problem for well over 25 or even over 40 or 50

I don't know, but Isaku does a lot of workouts like this.

Not sure, I know that since training with 3-5 reps, it is very hard to go past 10-15 reps. I can hit 365 for 6-8. Butr even trying 225 now for more then 15 seems to burn me out...... guess i should start adding in some higher rep stuff
