im guessing ur really pushing yourself, and with a big lift like that it gets your heart rate up quickly!
which may be causing the dizziness

sudden spike in blood pressure, or improper breathing, or both. Blood rushes to the head, you feel light-headed and dizzy once the set is over
Make sure you DO NOT hold your breath while you lift. If you are breathing properly, then it is just the BP spike. Most people experience it.

Or...
You're pushing yourself so hard that your workout has become anaerobic, which means without oxygen. As you use all the energy in a cell, lactic acid forms in the stomach. This causes dizziness and nausea.
It's not necessarily a bad thing. Your highest calorie burns happen during the kreb cycle. To get rid of the dizziness, lay on your back and put your legs straight up in the air to let the blood circulate down.

Actually, breathing during deadlift does infact happen during the lift.
You take a deep breath @ start and hold the breath as you drive up, you let the breath out at your sticking point(or point where you are starting to have trouble)

Its normal - get used to it. If you dont holding your breath whilst you pull then your not deadlifting correctly.

I don't think it's even possible to hold your breath during a deadlift. Mine is held until the bar hits my knees at which point my core is contracting so hard it forces air out, so that's when I exhale/grunt .

Yes you can hold your breath during the lift and actually it's the proper way. Try it out, see if you can get up more weight.
Deep breath @ start, hold breath until you start having trouble in the upward movement phase and exhale at that point.

that's essentially what I already do. There is no way I could hold my breathe all the way to the top though. I'm always exhaling on the second half the the pull

there are plenty of professionals who recommend holding your breath until lock out during deadlifts under the principle that the pressurized air itself acts as a support mechanism for your spine under the pressure of the lift and aids in ensuring your core and spine remain tight through out the lift.
however, i do recommend you breath before you finish reading that one hell of a run on sentence.

At the bottom of a deadlift you are to take in a lot of air, exhaling as you lift and then deloading the weight.

Okay, I'm currently in NSCA class and we just went over deadlift last week.
My teacher - He has been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM) as a Health Fitness Instructor(HFI) and by the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS).
Deep breath @ start, hold breath on upward movement phase until sticking point, then exhale.

It is an exhale through pursed lips as to keep some area in the lungs, but have never heard of an exhale at the top.

2 words
valsalva maneuver
2 more words
inguinal herniation
valsalva can be your friend, but inguinal can get in the way. perhaps a happy medium?

yes this makes you highly credible.
OP: its because your not getting enough oxygen. u gotta breath with your stomach expanding first not your chest. same thing happens to me sometimes. to be honest its probably because your not focusing hard enough on breathing so u forget to take breaths between reps :P

You're wrong, the other user is right. Always take a big, huge breath and hold it at least until you're just about ready to lock-out your Shoulders.
Edit: If anyone is wondering why, it creates intra-abdominal pressure, which basically helps keep your Lower Back safe during the lift. Deep breath and hold during Squats too. Used in conjunction with a Belt can really keep your Lower Back safe and sound during heavy lifting.

I didn't say exhale at top, you exhale at sticking point(point of the exercise where you begin having trouble)
