Building a Routine? Day after Day?
Im building a routine and have been troubling deciding what order to put muscles in.
What muscle groups should not be trained the day after another? (i know the obvious ones like you dont do chest after tris because your arms will be shot)
Hows this look?
Sun- Legs
Mon- Chest
Tues- Back
Wed- Arms
Thur- OFF
Fri- Shoulders
Sat- Arms
Do you think doing squats on sunday will effect my dead lifts on tuesday?
ANY OTHER ROUTINE BUILDING TIPS WOULD HELP

Why are you doing arms twice a week and everything else once?

...what? You're right, they are a small muscle group--so why would that mean you have to give them MORE work than your bigger, more important muscle groups?
Also, how long have you been lifting? What are your stats? What are your goals?

There's no reason you can't, but if twice a week is better, why not do it all twice a week? I like consistency. Everything should grow at the same rate if it gets the same amount of work.

I dunno mate, my tri's are always sore after chest and my bi's after back, so I reckon even if you only have 1 arm day a week, that's heaps.
If you want to prioritise one, just have Wed as triceps day and Sat as biceps day. In fact that would be optimal as then you wouldn't be training biceps the day after back.
Other than that it looks good, although you may be tired monday from legs on sunday.
