1) George foreman grill.
This grill can cook your chicken/fish/beef/pork in 3-5 minutes flat. If you get a good one, then you can cook up to 2lbs at a time. Just wipe it down to clean it. I haven't cleaned mine except for wiping it down in over 3 months. Using it has saved me hours a week.
2) Rice cooker.
Every morning, I put the amount of rice I am going to eat throughout the day into my rice cooker. I dump some water in there, and leave to go do cardio. When I come back, my rice is finished for the entire day, and the machine keeps it warm and under pressure (makes it stay fresh). This also saves me hours every week.
3) Egg Genie.
The Egg Genie takes 2-3 minutes to cook up to 7 eggs at a time, and TURNS OFF when the eggs are done, just like a rice cooker would do with rice. You can poach, hard or soft boil, or even steam your eggs. Normally, making eggs would take 5-10 minutes a pop, and I would have to do the farking dishes. The egg genie doesnt need cleaning, and takes care of the food itself.
Combine these 3 appliances, and some raw fruits/veggies, and you have a HEALTHY diet that you can conform to any goal, bodybuilding, powerlifting, or all around athleticism... and it takes a few seconds to put your food in the appliance, and a few seconds to take it out. No dishes, no cooking.. and a lot more free time.
If you want even less hassle, go buy cheap paper plates, cups, bowls, and plastic ware at walmart. They are cheap enough that you wont be spending more money that if you were to do the dishes and buy dishwasher detergent.
Enjoy. (yes ****ing bored)
