Any Physiology book recommendations?
Damn, I overlooked this forum haha. I posted this same thread in the Misc. forum & got 2 helpful responses & 2 random responses so was hoping for some more here. Thanks

Just interested in a really solid, general human Physiology book that could explain all about the human body. I just would love to know more about muscle fibers and the works. Do you guys have own any quality Physiology book that you would recommend to anyone(not just to a college major in physi) & not hard on the wallet.

Then find one of the older editions by Tortora and Grabowski. Paperback, 10th Ed., 2003--28 used from $20.

about $25, brief, easy to understand and comprehensive.
fully illustrated with excellent descriptive content.
