i want some advice on a workout program to help me get a perfect 300 on the apft test......here is what you have to do to get a 300
age 27-31 perfect score results...
77 push ups in 2 min 100pts... i can do 60 in 2 min...
82 sit ups in 2 min 100pts... i can only do 45 in 2 min ...... what the hell thought i could do more !
and run 2 miles in 13.18 min 100pts... i am at 1.32miles in 13 min ....this is the hard one to do this you have to run at least 9.2miles an hour for 2 miles non stop...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!holy sh*t..!!!!!!!

i think whats going to get me is the 2 mile run in order to get a 100pt score i need to run 2 miles at 9.2 miles an hour whering a full uniform heavy ass army boots in florida sun (where i will be training) over uneven rocky hiking trails ! as of now i can only run 1.3 in 13min on a flat treadmil in a air conditioned gym!!!
does this even sound posible.........????????????negs or i neg you..........wait wut...lol... i will leave it like so

Agreed. Practice outside, or start practicing on an incline if you're dead-set on using that treadmill. People say 1-2% is "close" to running on the ground, but to play it safe you'd probably want to go a bit higher, around 3-4%. Getting used to running on the surface you'll be testing on will give you the greatest advantage, though.

Why is your unit conducting an APFT in ACUs? The reg, AR 350-15 chapter 14 states that record APFTs are to do conducted in the improved physical training uniform. To get a 300 all you need to do is knock out as many push-up and sit-ups as you can every hour, every day until the day before the test. Run, run, run too. I've even had fat Soldiers score in the 290's by doing this.
