i was playin bball a couple days ago jammed my finger now its still swollen and i can't grip a weight.... i miss not lifting... wat do u guys reccommed me do? should i try the machines or just wait it out?

well i went, iot wasnt as bad asi thought it was. i can used anything with a bar, the dumbells are the only 1 that gave me any trouble.
