    how long till u should see results

    ive been training about 4 an a half months ive put on a stone in weight
    but i dont look much different iam sure iam eating anoth, 30 to 40 grams of protein
    every 3hours and 100 grams of carbs every 3hours 6 times a day.
    so i wanted to know how long it normal takes till u see good visible results
    because my motivation is getting lower since iam giving it my best and not seeing hardly any result.
    any info would be appreciated thanks.

    Take some snapshots, maybe. It's hard to see day-to-day change as it's so slim but over time it might surprise you. A stone is what? 15-20 pounds? You should see a good change if you've added that in weight.

    to gain muscle, u need to stimulate growth, just not follow a routine. You must go up in weights or reps each workout, dont do a 2nd set with the same weight. Do warmup sets and one set to failure like dorian yates did

    Yes, because everyone is as genetically gifted and taking the same "supplements" as Yates.

    Plenty of solid programs never have you go to failure. Pick a good program and you should be okay. The redite guy above is right about one thing, though, you do need to progress - but a solid program tends to build that into the structure of it, so it's all good.

    Most people post with a 6month interval. However, if you have gained 15lbs, you really should be seeing a difference, thats a reletively big gain.

    thanks for advice people friends and family say i look bigger but i dont know,
    may be its just me iam expecting to much to soon any ways ill take the advice
    on board and stick at it.

    Sometimes it's hard to see gains because you gain a little fat at the same time as muscle. Body dysmorphia is a strong factor with everyone too. If your friends and family are telling you they can see a difference, you should believe them!

    Keep gaining for now. Later, when you do a cut (maybe in time for next summer), you will see a big difference
