I take Controlled labs Orange Triad. It works Great! You might see a lot of people telling you to take animal pak. Which is one of the best but its only good if your a hardcore bodybuilder. You still get all the benefits if you take a less potent multi. It all depends on you.

I take AST multipro for now. It's about like the GNC stuff, but I'm switching to Orange Triad with my next order probably. Animal pak is good too, but I can't stand swallowing like 8 pills for one daily.

I was on GNC's Sport Pack as well but like you said, they are pricey. I'm going to head out to GNC now to get some more multi's bcuz I'm out. Thinking of getting the Animal Pak ones, they seems pretty solid. I'll see what they have. Definitely not going with their brand anymore, I think I've grown out of GNC-brand stuff after reading through this forum. I will tell you what I get and the price once I get them. =]

If it's not too late, I got the Animal Pak with 44 packs for $34.39 from GNC after their Gold Card discount, if that's something u have and use. Seconda day I take them... 11 pills total, so get ready!

I usually use Natrol's My Favorite Multiple, the capsules. There is also an Iron Free version for men.
