Pre-Workout Supplement
Hello all,
I have a quick question regarding pre-workout supplements.
I read alot of people on here who rate them, but in my own experience I
havent noticed anything using them. Are they worthwhile? Im intrested in getting
the most from my workouts so am willing to give them another try.
can anyone recommend a product.
I have previously tried:
NO explode
Black Powder
and
Superpump 250
Thanks for your help
Marty

can anyone recommend a product. Just make sure you are getting your creatine in since many rely on creatine from their pre and post products.

Unless you are lacking energy pre-workout....don't bother with the PRE......as long as you eat solid meal roughly 1.5 hours before workout you are golden. Pre is really only effective as far as energy levels. Just add some creatine monohydrate and you are good.

That's why I go with VasoCharge...
It's not just ONLY a caffeine booster. I like the Bs, small dosage of Creatine, and Beta Al blend. The profile is really complete and simple. Just take one scoop pre and that's enough IMHO.
The Xtend (90 servings) / VasoCharge (20 servings that could be made into 40 servings IMHO) combo is only $59.00.

I've almost given up on the 'preworkout' catagory as I've tried some that you've mentioned above with not much satisfaction. However, I have started a intraworkout supp called SizeOn by Gaspari Nutrition for the specific reason you mentioned which was... "to get the most from my workouts..."
I've only just started the tub this past week, but I can literally tell that it's helping me in the gym with more energy, stamina, pumps, etc.... Placebo Effect? Maybe a little or maybe more than I am willing to admit. But, given the longstanding reputation of the company and the hundreds of positive reviews on the product, I'm willing to order another tub!

vasocharge does a very complete profile, probably the only one out there that can rival mesomorph for the amount of citrulline malate an expensive ingredient almost always under dosed

I use Presurge,it gives me awesome pumps,focus,endurance.....not alot of energy,my diet takes care of that,I dont rely on my pre's for energy.Presurge contains my creatine I need and the NO i look for iin a pre it's very smooth,no jitters, crash or side effects.I do however cycle off it every 8-12 weeks because of the caffeine, then i go to BodyForge, which is a non-stim pre for 2-3 weeks then cycle back.

I always take CryoShock before I train and must say, that without it the weights don't move nearly as easy.
