IMHO you do not need to take Creatine during the cycle if you do not want to elevate your creatinine levels, Creatine is good to once you start your PCT to maintain the strength and gains...

I'd jump back on the gear mate, throw the Creatine away.

you CAN definetely take creatine while on. I personally don't b/c the gear gives me much larger strength gains than creatine ever could so I don't bother with the hastle.
PCT I do take it though..makes perfect sense since it is one of the very few OTC supplements that has been shown to do what it says it does through years and years of research. this is Creatine Monhydrate I'm talking about though... not one of these wacky new creatine combo formulas that are over priced for added benefit.

I'm always disappointed at the lack of knowldge in this section when it comes to creatine.
Why wouldn't you take it on cycle? There's never a time when taking creatine is bad.

The reason is expense related mainly. A months cycle of creatine and beta alinine will run you pretty good. To run it all year round gets kinda expensive. For this reason i only take it while off.

it's like $30 for a kilogram of creatine mono. dose that at 5g/day only on workout days... should last you close to a year.

personally i find that once i am on creatine for a long amount of time the gains stop coming. then when i take about a month off and come back i get much stronger....
i would rather hit gear/PCT with creatine natty test booster BCAA's then hit it with gear and stop the creatine n such
thanks for the replies.

i ususally do both. use creatine while on cycle and during pct. on cycle it helps because i powerlift so they extra water weight helps keep the joints lubed. and during pct it helps keep the strength
