    Jack3d crash?? help!!!

    im so damn pissed cause i took jack3d the for the first time thrusday. got amazing energy and motivation and it worked for about 30 min n wore off kinda quick. that was with 1.5 scoop

    then i took 2 today. felt again amazing energy n after 15 20 min wore off and now im pretty sleepy n lazy and idk why its wearing off quick cause im lovin the enrgy but i wish it went into my workout.

    will this effect go away? any1 else expirence this?

    p.s also today into my workout i burped and i could still taste it in my stomach..am i not digesting it right mabye?

    ya but what about the wear off? cause i took 1.5 at first n felt it real nice but it wore off about half way threw.

    and 2 scoops wore off even quicker today...is it wearing off cause of over stimm too?

    Eat an hour or more ahead of taking jack3d, take one scoop (you are light don't take more than 1 scoop thats what i do), wait ~ 30 minutes. Then go workout.

    thats what im thinkin too...it works damn good at first but wears off to quick 1.5 lasted a lil while n 2 went even quicker..dosent make any sence.

    You would think so, but I've actually seen some more positive results by eating beforehand..something that is carb-rich. When you take stimulants on an empty stomach it will generally overstimulate you and your body needs food for proper energy anyway. I didn't eat last time I took Jack3d, and I was too wired up at the gym..my leg kept shaking and twitching, and I couldn't stay still the entire time. But I think I took a bit too much anyway.

    If I take 3, I could literally fall asleep halfway in my workout because of the crash. It's potent stuff. I'm not going to remind the fact you don't really need something like this at 17, but try a lower dose.

    see thats whats weird was that i wasnt even wired like that....i was pretty energized for about 15 min while i was wating for it to kick in then as soon as i started lifting i like just wanted to stop n sleep. then like 10 min after my workout i felt the tingles...i dont think i even digested it right casuse like i said i was burping it and still tasting it threw myt workout..

    Take on an empty stomach (2hrs after last meal and 30min before you workout) then have a snack before the gym like a ricecake or somthing.

    dont worry bro, try lower the dose, I have major crashes and feel spaced out at 3 scoops.
    the crash will go away, I had a little sip of diet coke when i got home and it got rid of my crash. Jack3d is a strong flavour so your burp was probably the strong lime

    I recommend you keep it at 1 scoop at your weight and dont worry about burps??? like someone said earlier, the "crash" goes away after you take some cafeine dring like soda. I prefer a straight cup of cofee after coming home from the gym and I never get crazy crashes...

    took two scoops of jack3d stacked with 2g l-arginine around 12:10 today, began lifting around 12:25. Had quick (due to having to get back to my office) 30 minute shoulder workout - db press, upright rows, db shrugs, reverse flys - moderate to heavy weight in all movements....felt a bit of energy, wanted to really attack the weights, but it wore off pretty quickly. Now I'm sitting in my office at 3:15 and I could honestly fall asleep...

    I've done jack3d, nanovapor, C4, Fight Revolution, Rhino Revolution....and I've never had this "want to go to bed" feeling before...
