Is HIIT twice a week enough cardio to get a six pack

I know I still have to make the abs bigger by training them and have my diet in check. What I want to know is if I should non HIIT cardio 3-4 times in addition to the 2 days of HIIT. Thanks.

Your abs are there no matter what. Sure you can work them out and train them harder for size but you'll never see them unless your body fat is below 10-12% depending on your genetics. Diet first, develop the abs when you can actually see them.

Ok let me rephrase the question. Is HIIT 2 days a week enough to get my bf down to 10-12% or should I do a few sessions of steady state cardio as well?. My diet is in check and I work the abs. Im not fat by any means but Im not seeing the ab development like I figured I should have by now.

like he said it depends on your diet, question of calories burned vs calories consumed
obviously doing more cardio wouldnt hurt
whether 2 days of hiit is enough no one can answer cause it depends on the person in question
