    Better form than a lot of people I've seen post squats, but still if you can clean the bar up you shouldn't be squating it.

    at home i don't have a squat rack, so i have to do high reps with what i can clean&jerk.

    I guess you have to in some cases, I still think it'd be more beneficial to make a makeshift squat rack than to use that light of weight. Whatever works for you man.

    yeah... and its cool too cause its given me motivation to work the olympic lifts.
