So I've had this weird bump in my wrist for over a year now; during basketball season I get random sprain-like pain in and around the area, and it hurts as I move my wrist back and forth. I can move my fingers around it, and it's like these tender areas around it that hurt when I flex my wrist.
Lately, said bump has been popping and hurting when I do bench press, push ups, flies, etc. and it's just been generally sore. In this same hand I've had tendon pain and trigger finger, when I clench my fingers and they get locked in place. I've had two cortisone injections to alleviate trigger finger symptoms, but there's still some lingering pain as well. Kinda want to see a doctor but I don't know when I'm going to get in. Here are some pics..

Anyone seen or had this? It's starting to mess with my lifts and I had a really ****ty workout today because of it.

maybe its a hernia, not sure if you can get those in your wrist, pretty sure you can though. My bro has one in his leg, it was massive cuz he ran like 10 miles a day but then the doctor said dont run anymore or itll get worse and last for years, so instead he ran like twice as hard and made it like explode or something it went away.
