In the last to weeks i have started powerlifting.Bench,deadlift,squat.but doing a powerlifters workout will i still gain muscle mass,or just get stronger.also is there a workout out there that is both powerlifting and bodybuilding combined...

lol... People overthink weight training. I've found from my experience th difference in size gain is pretty miniscule doing something like 8x3 vs traditional 3x10 but the difference in strength gains is very noticeable. which is why i prefer more of a powerlifting type setup than the traditional bodybuilding one... I still do 6-10reps on stuff like curls because I do care about bodybuilding aspects of weight training, but I think you'll find lower reps/heavier weight is not only more fun, but will make you stronger and still add size.
