Eat enough and you will gain weight/muscle.

Edit: I have gained 20kg since I started my eating workout last year.

The brilliant scientists in the bodybuilding community have shown time and time again that the ONLY way to gain muscle mass is to do 10-15 reps with isolation exercises.

Singles, doubles, and triples at heavy loads will actually DECREASE muscle mass and probably make you ghey.

lol... People overthink weight training. I've found from my experience th difference in size gain is pretty miniscule doing something like 8x3 vs traditional 3x10 but the difference in strength gains is very noticeable. which is why i prefer more of a powerlifting type setup than the traditional bodybuilding one... I still do 6-10reps on stuff like curls because I do care about bodybuilding aspects of weight training, but I think you'll find lower reps/heavier weight is not only more fun, but will make you stronger and still add size.

Lift to get stronger. Eat to get bigger.
    Disregard abs, acquire mass.
