    m stak?

    he guys my birthday is coming up on monday and with the extra money i get i was thinking about getting myself a can of m stak. what do you guys think. i also may get zma. im gettin a couple giftcards to gnc anyway so might as well get some new supps

    Its not a good idea to take it at your age. Stick with just a simple protien and creatine and make sure you have the basic Fish Oil and Multi-Vitamin, you'd be suprised the gains u can make off a simple stack like that.

    everyone is different, and your friend gaining 15 pounds doesnt mean he gained 15 pounds of muscle. a lot of it could be fat or water weight.

    like adawg said, its not reccommended for your age group for a reason. if you want to spend your money on something, but some N.O. product. itll be better for you.

    Universal does not recommend any products to those under 18. Personally, I'd hold off until you have a solid nutrition/training program established.
