Why are people content with working for roughly 40 years just so they can have enough money to pursue hobbies, travel for 2 weeks a year, have a couple kids, and retire at the ripe old age of 60 when the money is useless.

I agree, it's gay. Probably my biggest dream is to avoid the 9-5. I'm going crazy working during the summer (7-3); can't imagine doing it for the rest of my life.

You're stupid...I'm talking about a job that maybe you work a 9-5 schedule but it is you're passion, and you make mad bank doing it. Most 9-5s are okay jobs, okay pay, and live an average life.
