Hey guys, just wanted to show off my new farmers walk handles. They are homemade, made of steel and welded. They are 53 inches long I believe with an 1.25" handle, weigh 37lbs a piece and cost about $30 to make. They are obviously plate loaded as you can tell by the pics below
Also I gave them a run today. Worked up to 187lbs without much of a problem. Should be fun to have and see how heavy I can get with them and a good tool to improve grip strength. And they will be able to hold any amount of weight I can put on the bar. I won't need to worry about them breaking anytime soon.
Feel free to leave any comments/questions.

Nope, had a professional do that
Well I should have mentioned but my dad works at a machinery. And I've worked there before too as a summer job. So just had to find scrap metal and pay for the parts, I designed them and my dad turned the parts, and had a person had the machinery who welds for a profession weld it all together. There is no such thing as 'strong enough'
