Very good as long as you don't trim the fat (wtf! best part!) and don't overcook it.
I also love pork tenderloin.** Current Maxes: **

It's obvious that pork is fine. It's nice clean lean white meat.
Tender Loin - 3 hours on 300 degrees
A $12 tenderloin will yield about 6 smaller meals...$2 a pop for a nice juicy slice of meat...
Compare to the $8-12 steaks I eat when I eat steak...Enough said..
People...seriously...Cutting off "all the fat" are you out of your damn mind? Sure if a piece of fat is that translucent tire rubber texture...don't eat it..but if it's a nice crispy sizzled piece of deliciousness than by all means enjoy it..

I have pork chops every now and again. I really like them with some BBQ sauce. Quite lean and take 7 minutes on the George Foreman grill.
Breaks the boring cycle of chicken, fish and eggs.

Lean pork loin has been shown to reduce belly fat
I just cooked some tonight. I buy the butterflied pork chops and trim the visible fat. Salt pepper and garlic and grill outside. It was perfect
Nutrition is only 125 calories per 4 onz with fat

Pork fillets are leaner than skinless chicken breast.

Take lean pork chops. Put over vege medley (mostly greens) , put in steamer with greek yogurt mixed with a little bit of water LITTLE BIT OF WATER! Cover, steam 10-15 minutes. Comes out moist and very tender. Chops with absorb the greek yogurt flavor like crazy. All good to eat.
