Legs and shoulders on same day.

Is it okay to do those together? I've seen people's routines and they usually do legs and shoulders on different days.

when you training your shoulder you will pumping the blood in the upper half then training the legs you will Withdraw blood from the upper half to The lower half of your body

nothing wrong with it. just make sure you give yourself time before training chest or triceps after you do your military press for shoulders day.

Legs and shoulders do mix. Sometimes it is hard to mix in shoulders with your days. For example, if you are doing a 3 days push-pull routine, it is hard to work shoulders with your triceps and chest because then you have a **** load of exercises. Legs are fine with shoulders, and then you can devote more time to your shoulders since your triceps are not dead from pushing movements.

    I agree fully.

I mix Chest w/ triceps - complementary muscles
Back w/ Biceps - complementary muscles
    And Legs w/ SHoulders

    Its fine

No offense but taking blood flow from upper to bottom or vise versa??? Read an a&p book man! If blood flow increases its to your entire system not just one area. Unless your are bleeding out.
