Best fatburner that doesnt attack muscle please.

Can you give me some recommendations on stimulant fat burners that doesn't hinder your muscles? Although, I believe that most stimulants are similar, and diet has to do with the fat loss/keeping muscle stage. thanks

I think the reason people lose muscle when they cut is because they put themselves in too much of a caloric deficit. Just don't get carried away and try and lose weight too quickly and you'll be okay. BCAA's will help, especially during workouts, and of course keep your protein high.

Other than that, IMO the biggest benefit to fatburners is helping you with energy levels when you're reducing your calorie (energy) intake. For that reason I always go with something that has some focus/mood enhancers in it, like L-Tyrosine, Geranium oil, PEA etc.

Some I've tried that I really like were Adrenalean from DS, Cytolean by Gaspari, and Hemodrene by Nutrabolics. All three have some stuff in them that will help keep your focus and mood up while you're dieting. Hemodrene is what I'm using pre-workout right now and I find the geranium oil in it really helps me keep my focus during workouts even when I'm low on food intake.

Ephedrine works, no question. Just make sure you remember to eat the stuff kills my appetite a little too much sometimes.

Yea I know what you mean. It kills mine for the first week or two but still allows me to eat, I'm just not hungry but it goes down. After that, it only slightly reduces it ******** on the other hand....

Just get bronkaid from your local pharmacy. Cheap and effective when combined with caffeine.

this....just remember whatever you do or whatever you take while dieting to keep your protein up. That is most ppl's biggest downfall, also not getting carbs when then need them the most pwo.

being overweight..I've tried them all, even the hardcore supps back in the day that had ephedrine in them. I would recommend Betastax. I've lost 60 lbs on it. Good luck!
