new member here
Im new here and as theres no forum for new members i thought i must post introduction thread here im 22 years old guy from the south coast of México i used to swim but when i enter to the college i drop the swim team where i was, after that i have been in several gyms but nothing serious in the last semester in the college i have gain lots of fat (ill be posting that in the losee fat forum) but now im on my way to fix my body and get in shape again so i have started runnig every morning and do some cardio for burn the fat but now ill be join the gym again and i wanted to have some support from people that really know about this so any advice for this begginer
