    Recommendation in japanese restaurant?

    Yo guys,

    Im eating at a japanese restaurant,

    I got 720kcal left 59c/54p/31f

    I rarely eat japanese restaurant..

    Any thing i should try? Maybe some sashimi would hit my macros.. But i got to eat like 15 sashimi lol..

    I fully agree with Wonderpug.

    Imo you shouldn't set carbs at all.

    And isn't 31 gram fat about half your minimum fat intake? If you've already been eating ~2400 calories, I would have expect that to contain more fat.

    I think being too strict with your macros can contribute to urges for binging, like you described yesterday.
