Yo guys,
Im eating at a japanese restaurant,
I got 720kcal left 59c/54p/31f
I rarely eat japanese restaurant..
Any thing i should try? Maybe some sashimi would hit my macros.. But i got to eat like 15 sashimi lol..

I fully agree with Wonderpug.
Imo you shouldn't set carbs at all.
And isn't 31 gram fat about half your minimum fat intake? If you've already been eating ~2400 calories, I would have expect that to contain more fat.

Get the hamachi kama (grilled yellowtail collar) Or the grilled kinki fish!
Also be sure to try the Sanma Shioyaki (pacific saury), it should be in season now IIRC.You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.
