exercises to target long head? of triceps?

im not sure if this is the right term, but i'm referring to the part of my tris that are closest to my ribs when i just let my arms hang by my side

it feels like my biceps and other parts of my tris are growing, but not the 'inner' part

any exercises that work on this part more specifically?

Try doing skullcrushers or cable pull/pressdowns with a shoulder-width grip as opposed to a close grip. That, cable kickbacks and hammer grip single-arm pulldowns (holding onto the cable itself, not a "D" handle) I find hit the inner triceps pretty hard.
    HOLD UP BRO

I'm still curling in that squat rack.

Flat extensions with your arms drawn back so the bar passes above your head [ i.e. /\ instead of /| ] , and incline and overhead extensions.
