I made a sort of carbless muffin with
One egg
2 T soy or other bran
1 T psyllium husks
1 T cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Sweetener to taste,
3 T water
Mix everything to a sort of thick cream texture, divide between about four muffin molds, bake for about 15 minutes in a medium hot oven (gas 6, 200C).
