All liquid diet to cut up fast?
When ever a woman enters my life, i just get a super boost of motivation (sounds stupid eh haha)
anyways, i have a thread going on now in the "post your pictures" and people are telling me im around 15%, and I REALLY want to cut up asap (no excuses)
and I was just thinking of the following diet:
6:00AM - 3 eggs + slice of cheese
8:00-8:30AM - shake made with water + 2 scoops
10:30ish - another shake
12ish - another shake
3 - not sure (sometimes i get home from by this time, sometimes not) probably a shake?
6:00 - sleeping
8:00 - dinner (ill probably eat what ever my mom cooked in moderation)
11ish - post work out shake
How does this sound? should i spread out my meals even more?
or should I make a couple of my shakes with only one scoop? (cause im looking at the palumbo diet, and its almost like mine, and thats for a 200 pound man)

True. But one is better. There's almost no fat in his diet (O3s or otherwise) no veggies, and no fiber. A calorie is a calorie except for when the calories you are taking in aren't giving you what you need.
