    Think i pulled a muscle on the left side right under my rib cage doing abs. (srs)

    It hurts like a mofo.. i trained regardless today and bad idea it hurts even worst now i think i might have to take a few days off. AHHH FUUU

    yeah ive torn some muscle the one right in between the rib cages but not in the gym it hurt to inhale and cough , i didnt do any physically straining activities for about a month
