i got this the first two months i ever lifted weights when i was 16. when it first happened it hurt so bad i couldnt do a situp because of pressure on my sternum. theres actually a joint there that is probably inflamed from something.
mine happend when i was on a chest supported row machine and i was too far over the edge of the support. i put on a lot of weight i culd only rep x 2 and on the second rep my sternum popped and felt very sore.
it stopped hurting painfully after a week, but to this day theres a constant dull ache there that cracks and pops if i inhale or move my torso around. not painful at all, just annoying.
