is there any bodyweight shoulder exercises?

i wanted to change up my routine for about a month. my last chest day consisted of all different kinds of pushups and dips. my back day was a bunch of different pullups, chins, and bodyweight inverted rows. my leg day coming up will be 1 leg body weight squats, step-ups, etc. i was just wondering if anyone knew of bodyweight shoulder exercises?

    thanks,

    -nick

Handstand pushups FTW. Pumps them up like crazy in my experience...

I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. I guess you could do traps. On dip bars you could hang upside down and pull, bringing your head to the level of the bars. It imitates an upright row.

You can do almost any compound exercise as a bodyweight exercise.
