just a question, did you bulk up way over your current weight and then cut down, or did you just progress to your current weight steadily over 3 years

i progressed to 165 pounds over 3 years and i started at around 135 pounds. The heaviest i have ever been as probably been 172pounds, but i wasnt as ripped so i cut down to 165 and im clean bulking now to get to 175 by summer (4 months away in australia)Originally Posted by bvt13
