If by cleaner you mean less junky, well I haven't had any junk food in about 2-3 months, but still I'm not getting the bulk where I wanted it to be.. measurements (arms, legs, etc) all the same, but I noticed I got a little bit of lovehandles now.. well, it could be by adonis belt but I really doubt it. How much cardio should I do?

Right now the food is a little less because of money issues, but before that it was usually something like:
Breakfast: 2 apples, 2 eggs, bread, bowl of cereal
Lunch: Ham sandwich, an apple, pasta or something.
Dinner: About 2 plates of chicken and rice
Probably all the meals were 2-3 hours apart. No protein shakes.. think I need to get one again.

Haha thats awesome for you. I have been working out for 2 months. Everything before that was **** nutrition and improper training. And look piss pants, you may be stronger bigger and leaner, but at least i have a house that doesnt resemble a cow barn. And at least im able to buy my supps from places other then walmart. And i think they had a recall on that protein powder. It was something about making your bladder weak...

haha if you want to say that ****ty nutrition and improper training counts, then ive been working out for 1 year. Your at 4 years. For 4 years you havent really accomplished that much. You can rep 225 3 times. I can do 210 once, thats after 2 months, one year whatever. I can squat 180 twice, and trust me i NEVER squat. I can rep 185x20 times too. At my rate ill easily pass you in one year. So get your little powerlifter in check, bitch

I have shoulder pain and sharp elbow pain when bench and can still put up 205x10 and rep your max at 140lbs and I only squated 2 times in the last two months and can still squat 225 for reps more than 2 reps guy and the squats and deadlift are with a strain or whatever the problem is with the back of my leg. I dont bring up training issues but there are some.I havent been training with a program or anything. The pst two months i have been making me own workouts. I havent been lifting continuously for 4 years or even 1. I can deadlift more than what is in my sig and squat more than my sig. would be able to bench more than in my sig right now but my joint pain is killing me.Put pics up i will dominate you in any pose. Dont try to compare yourself to me i own you in every way buddy. You think you will be going past me? in the last two months my bench went from 180x3 to 205x8 and deadlift 185x3 to 275x5 and 185x20 with plenty left in the tank and that was after jogging 8 miles earlier that day.squats went from 155x3 to 225x3. 2 months playboy.If you want to challenge me you can.
