    Creatine Caplets/Milkshakes..advice needed.

I am hoping that someone can shed some light on creatine caplets for me. What is better caplets or powder. It would seem to me that caplets would be easier to take. However, is it better than the powder, absorption rate ect. I figured that I would ask on this forum instead of buying right away. I am going to piggy back this with another question, has anyone used a muscle buliding milk shake? Is this supplement any good? I have been using Six Star Muscle supplements (Protein). Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Creatine pills or powder doesnt really matter...people usually use pills if they don't like the taste of powder. Six Star protein is not too shabby but there are better out there. Like Myofusion (Gaspari), ON 100% Whey, Champion, All American Whey, All the Whey....

As far as protein i would go with ON 100% Whey, Myofusion, All the Whey, All American Whey. I personally use Myofusion for my protein needs but i plan on picking up some Champion and some All American Whey. I also use a multi (animal pak) jack3d for pre workout but im going back to SP 250 afterwards, Creapure Mono right but will be going back to SizeOn
