Vids from meet

Did okay, made some mistakes. Should have done better but oh well, next meet. This meet took a long time, I wasnt prepared for that, started lifting at 10:00, ended at 9:30, they had 40-45 more people then last year. Got first in 220 T2 class, and 220 open.

This thread is to get feedback from the more experienced guys on what all needs work, so if you could please give me your opinions that would greatly appreciated.

Damn WMG

1st Squat 550- Good, got most those jitters out.

2nd Squat 580- Miss, Just couldnt grind it out.

3rd Squat 580- Miss, was spent, Was really hoping to hit 600.

1st Bench 270(raw)- Good, wanted to make sure I got a total, so did an easy opener.

2nd Bench 370- Miss, just couldnt lock it out, got greedy, could have went 360 and possibly could have got it. Was wobbly, not as controlled as I wanted it.

3rd Bench 370- Miss, Same^^^^, just more controlled, disapointed I only ended with a 270 bench.

1st Deadlift 530- Good, easy, felt nice

2nd Deadlift 570- Miss, ****ing suit, threw me forward and all out of wack, watch my feet you'll see my heels come off the ground.

3rd Deadlift 570- Miss, pulled forward again, and was tired, it was 9:00 when I did this. Just pissed, I think I should have just deadlifted raw.

Thoughts?

Hey you did great!
Perhaps you didn't train enough in your equipment?
The squats and I know it is hard to get a stance,it looked good, but you did lean forward a lot at least to me. I'd do more good mornings to try to help strengthen the glutes. An learn to sit back more.

Again in the bench you didn't look comfortable in the shirt and it may have been a little too loose?

Deadlifts? You killed the first one and then on the other two you just lost it at the top, more rack pulls.

Was your total 1150?

Thanks for your reply, I should have gotten another workout in with the equipment. I will definately hit the good mornings more, I didnt feel to bad in the shirt, but I still need more work in it. Also need a lot more work in deadlift suits, and I will be doing more rack pulls.
